I called NuShine just last week and they scheduled me within 5 days. The Installer (James) arrived on time and was very pleasant. He didn't mind my questions or the fact that I like to observe the work in progress. The work was done in a timely manner and James was very neat. The tub required repairs as there was rust along the floor that needed to be repaired and a chip inside the tub itself. He cleaned, patched, etched and sprayed the tub. He then sealed the bathroom for 48 hours to give it a chance to dry. I opened up the room yesterday and the tub looks great. It feels very smooth and the color (white) is even and bright.
The work was done on time and in the estimated span. I arrived at work at the time I had told them to expect me. James worked steadly and neatly. There was very little air disruption as he vented the spray out the back door.. He cleaned up everything and let me go in and look at the tub before he sealed up the room prior to leaving. I am very happy with the work and will recommend the company to friends.
